These terms cover browsing the Sooqista Studios portfolio at sooqista.com and accessing the project information published here.

Projects and availability

Portfolio entries may describe experiments, private prototypes, projects in development or released products. “44+ prototypes” describes prototyping experience; it does not mean 44 published games or 44 publicly playable builds. Refer to each project’s availability label. An Instagram video is a showcase, not a download or playable build.

Using the website

You may browse the portfolio and share links to its public pages. Do not disrupt the site, attempt unauthorized access, or misrepresent studio content as your own. For permission to reuse artwork, code or other project materials, contact the studio or the relevant rights holder. Third-party names and marks belong to their respective owners.

Games, apps and outside services

A public play or store link will be shown only when available. Private previews require access. Games, apps, stores and social platforms may have separate terms and privacy notices. This portfolio does not sell products or take payments.

Project enquiries

Sending an enquiry does not establish a development contract, price or delivery commitment. Any commissioned work must be agreed separately. Prototype descriptions and availability may change as development continues.

المشاريع وتوفرها

قد تشمل المشاريع تجارب أو نماذج أولية خاصة أو أعمالاً قيد التطوير أو منتجات منشورة. عبارة «أكثر من ٤٤ نموذجاً أولياً» تعبر عن خبرة في تطوير النماذج، ولا تعني وجود ٤٤ لعبة منشورة أو متاحة للعب العام. راجع حالة كل مشروع. فيديو إنستغرام عرض للمشروع، وليس رابط تحميل أو نسخة قابلة للعب.

استخدام الموقع

يمكنك تصفح الموقع ومشاركة روابط صفحاته العامة. لا تعطل الموقع أو تحاول الوصول غير المصرح به أو تنسب محتوى الاستوديو لنفسك. لإعادة استخدام رسومات أو كود أو مواد المشاريع، تواصل مع الاستوديو أو صاحب الحقوق المعني. تعود أسماء وعلامات الجهات الأخرى إلى أصحابها.

الألعاب والتطبيقات والخدمات الخارجية

يظهر رابط اللعب العام أو المتجر عندما يكون متاحاً فقط. المعاينات الخاصة تتطلب صلاحية وصول. قد تخضع الألعاب والتطبيقات والمتاجر ومنصات التواصل لشروط وإشعارات خصوصية مستقلة. هذا الموقع التعريفي لا يبيع منتجات أو يستقبل مدفوعات.

الاستفسارات عن المشاريع

إرسال استفسار لا ينشئ عقد تطوير أو اتفاق سعر أو التزاماً بموعد تسليم. أي عمل مطلوب يحتاج إلى اتفاق مستقل. قد تتغير أوصاف النماذج وتوفرها أثناء التطوير.
